Deppression

I'D START BY SAYING THIS POST HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME.

or so i say.
So its been like 10 months since that i-can't-describe- day.
What is up with me nowadays. I think i ask myself that question a lot.
Mind you, extra time for me to actually write on this blog is like rare. seldom. so i cherish every free time i get.

" i think i have post pregnancy deppression"
" i have no friends, no life. my baby is sooooo clingy" ( momma still love you Irdina)

i texted to my hermanas group. Got a private reply from twin ( makes me love her even more).
then the big sister replied.

" lambatnya post deppression kau"

Yeah, she's caring like that. In her kind of weird way. Dia memang macam tu.
Ok, so back to the main issue here guys.

Post pregnancy deppression (PPD)
I am in no way a doctor, psychologist or whatever other professional terms or jobs that deals with these kind of sickness, but i've read it here and there.
ok ok, reading articles on the internet nowadays can be a source of information too you know, mr google plays an important role now.

so, PPD  can be 'acquired' from the first few months of your delivery and ..... up untill your child is 2 years.
I'VE READ IT SOMEWHERE SO DON'T ASK ME HOW I KNOW THIS.

i will find the article i read about that. but lets wait untill i'm in the mood for it ya.

By the way, new mommies deal with so much emotional feelings so if they wanna cry infront of you, just let them do it with no questions asked k. It actually happened to me during the confinement period where i just suddenly cried in my room for no apparent reason and big sister came in and gosh this story is getting too long i'm just like whatever.
For the first few days of delivery its called baby blues, new mothers get overwhelmed with all the new thing thats happening in her life so yeah, these things are bound to happen.  Remember PMS? Its basically our hormones playing a summersault.

p/s: Its actually called Pospartum Deppression! Read the article, and if you think you don't have baby blues but rather deppression, please do yourself a favour and seek medical help.
